Procurement Specialist – Fresh Bliss
Location: Chennai | Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Timing: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of fresh produce, exotic fruits & vegetables, cheese, packaged foods, teas, and other grocery products for Fresh Bliss.
Key Responsibilities
Source and manage reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Procure products based on demand, availability, quality, and cost.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for stock requirements and deliveries.
Monitor product quality, shortages, damages, and delivery issues.




Maintain purchase orders, supplier records, pricing, and procurement data.
Track market prices and identify prospects for cost savings.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
Experience in FMCG, food, grocery, fresh produce, or retail preferred.
Robust negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a quick-paced startup enivorment.
Salary 1.8L to 4lL based on your potentional.
