Aeroprime Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Production Support Engineer / Production Support Engineer to join our team in Connaught Place, Current Delhi.
Location: 16, K.G. Marg, Ansal Bhawan, Connaught Place, New Delhi
Experience: 3–8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production applications, APIs, services, and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Analyze application logs, stack traces, database queries, and API responses.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
Handle incident, problem, and change management.
Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
Monitor application performance, latency, errors, and availability.
Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
Support deployment, rollback, configuration, and release activities.




Identify recurring issues and work with development teams on permanent fixes.
Create and maintain incident reports, RCA documents, and operational runbooks.
Participate in on-call/rotational support when required.
Technical Skills:
Languages: Java / Shell scripting
APIs: REST, JSON, HTTP, API troubleshooting
Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL, SQL
Linux: Shell commands, process monitoring, logs
Version Control: Git
Tools: Postman
Ideal Candidate: Someone with solid production troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and experience working in a rapid-paced technical environment.
