Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct ground training sessions for aviation students, focusing on airport operations, customer service, and safety procedures.

Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with DGCA requirements and industry standards.

Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to improve student performance.

Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.

Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1–5 years of experience in aviation training or related field (DGCA ground training specialist).

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation (B.Sc), Airline Studies (BBA), or equivalent qualification.

Robust understanding of aviation fundamentals, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
