n What You'll Do;

Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathwaysn
Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative sellingn
Manage the complete admission lifecycle from lead qualification and counseling to application Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversionsn
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targetsn
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-upsn
Collaborate with the marketing,



admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experiencen
Stay updated on AI industry trends, program offerings, and competitor landscape to effectively position Saras AI Instituten

n What We're Looking For;

n
4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consultingn
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targetsn
Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skillsn
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication toolsn
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven settingn
Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AIn
