Position: Senior Android Developer

Reporting to: Preetam Hirole

Location: Mumbai

Brief Job Description:
• Manage application independently. Implement recent app features, fix bugs, update and maintain code
• Review code written by other engineers
• Provide technical feedback to other engineers
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies
• Be aware of the latest Android developments
• Assist with app QA and testing
• Work closely with product designers/UX to refine and iterate on recent features
• Assist with app release management: from design spec to App Store
Key Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years Android development experience




• Computer science degree preferred or related required
• Ability to write code in Java
• Experience with integrating external libraries/frameworks
• Experience with offline storage, threading, image manipulation, and performance/memory tuning
• Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team setting
• Have published one or more Android apps in the App Store
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related preferred
