Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior L3 Support Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in up-to-date Java microservices and cloud-native settings. You’ll be responsible for analyzing, debugging, and resolving complex production issues, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring service reliability and SLA adherence. Strong collaboration skills and to be able to work cross culture to identify root-cause and provide quick work around within SLA.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Analyze and conduct root cause analysis to resolve high-impact technical problems escalated from L2 support. Propose functional workarounds when possible. Monitor and Diagnose Systems: Use observability tools (e.g., Datadog, OpenSearch) to identify performance issues, system anomalies, and service disruptions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, operations, product, and external vendors for effective and coordinated problem resolution. Identify root cause and document it. Identify and provide quick workarounds.



Support APIs and Integrations: Troubleshoot and support RESTful APIs, backend integrations, and microservices-based architectures. Capability to develop API automation test cases to validate. Ensure Security & Compliance: Contribute to resolving incidents involving compliance with industry standards like PCI DSS and EMV. Assist Development Teams: Reproduce and report bugs, suggest fixes, and provide insights from real-world incidents to improve platform reliability. Manage Complex Configurations: Support multi-tenant deployments and large-scale provisioning by resolving configuration and setting issues. Alert & Notification Support: Help maintain the integrity of alerting systems and real-time notifications. RCA & Run book documentation: Update support documentation and maintain runbacks and RCA documentation.
