We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge to manage and supervise manufacturing operations across Pneumatic Valves, Vacuum Conveyors, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and Machine Shop.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.

- Plan manpower and improve shop-floor productivity.

- Coordinate Machine Shop, Fabrication and Assembly operations.

- Ensure timely availability of machine shop and assembly materials.

- Develop and implement Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges and Special Tools.

- Drive Automation and Semi-Automation initiatives.

- Implement Cost Reduction and Cycle Time Reduction projects.

- Improve productivity through Kaizen,



Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

- Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage and production downtime.

- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Purchase, Quality and Engineering teams.

- Ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of customer orders.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.

- Strong experience in Machine Shop, Fabrication and Assembly.

- Good knowledge of production planning, manpower management and shop-floor control.

- Experience in process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction.

- Robust leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
