*Guide operators and production workers to achieve daily production targets.

- Prevent production delays and ensure schedules are met.
- Ensure material availability and coordinate manufacturing activities.
- Conduct in-process inspections as per the Quality Assurance Plan.
- Maintain process control charts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate the qualification of welders and welding procedures.
- Ensure adherence to welding standards and work instructions.
- Provide machine operators with the required drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the defined scope.
- Ensure IMS policies are documented, communicated,



and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and address internal and external factors affecting production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Preferred candidate profile

*Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related fields will be an added advantage.

*Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
