We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production – Metal professional who can manage day-to-day metal production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily metal production activities.Handle and supervise manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
Ensure smooth operation of production machines and processes.
Monitor production quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and other departments for smooth production.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standard operating processes.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Maintain production records and reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience with Laser Cutting Machine is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with CNC Machine is mandatory.
Experience in operating/handling Bending Machine is mandatory.
Manpower handling and supervision experience is mandatory.
Drawing reading and interpretation skills are mandatory.
Practical knowledge of metal manufacturing and production processes.
Ability to understand production drawings, dimensions, and specifications.

Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in metal furniture, office furniture, sheet metal fabrication, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
