Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operate assigned production machines/equipment such as SMT lines, assembly stations, testing units, or packaging lines as per SOPs.
2. Perform manual and semi-automatic assembly of electronic components following work instructions and quality standards.
3. Conduct basic inspections, visual checks, and in-process quality checks to identify defects and abnormalities.
4. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and 5S standards at the workstation.
5. Follow ESD, safety, and compliance guidelines strictly at all times.
6. Achieve daily production targets while minimizing rework, rejection, and downtime.
7. Report machine issues, material shortages, and quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.
8. Accurately record production data, rejection details, and shift reports as required.
9. Support line changeovers, material loading,
and basic preventive maintenance activities.
10. Adhere to company policies, POSH guidelines, and code of conduct on the shopfloor.
