Position: Product & Project Coordinator

Industry: Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Experience: 2–6 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad/Pune / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Handle product and project-related activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, project teams, and clients.
- Have good knowledge of interior products such as:
- Glass Partitions
- Carpets
- Flooring and other interior finishing materials
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, product comparisons, and costing.
- Coordinate product procurement, delivery, and site requirements.
- Support project teams with product specifications and material selection.
- Follow up with vendors for rates, availability, samples, and deliveries.
- Monitor project material requirements and ensure timely supply.
- Coordinate between Sales, Purchase, Design, QS, and Project teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and project/product records.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, products, or project coordination.
- Candidates with both product knowledge and project experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of glass partitions, carpets, flooring, and interior materials.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and vendor-management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with project teams.

Pay: ₹10,498.96 - ₹38,412.03 per month
