Experience

- 10–15 years of total experience
- Mandatory: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Trade Finance application development and implementation

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Trade Finance with strong expertise in Trade Finance products, digital banking platforms, and product delivery. The candidate will work closely with the Product Head in driving product roadmap, requirement analysis, implementation, and platform enhancements across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), BRDs, workflows, and process journeys
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlog




- Create prototypes/wireframes for Trade Finance journeys and customer experience flows
- Collaborate with Product Head, engineering, UI/UX, and implementation teams for end-to-end product delivery
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, UAT, and demos
- Coordinate with banks, business users, and implementation teams for requirement gathering and solutioning
- Support product implementation, configuration, and rollout activities

Mandatory Domain Expertise

Strong experience in:

Import/Export LC

Bank Guarantees (BG/SBLC)

Collections & Bills

Supply Chain Finance (SCF)

SWIFT MT/MX messaging

ICC Trade Finance guidelines (UCP, URDG, ISBP)

Required Skills

- Strong Trade Finance functional knowledge
- Hands-on experience in FSD preparation and user story writing
- Experience in prototyping and workflow design
- Agile/Scrum delivery exposure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

- Experience in Trade Finance product companies, fintechs, or banking platforms
- Exposure to configurable Trade Finance systems and digital transformation initiatives
