About YMUTEYMUTE is a Voice Talent Marketplace connecting voice talent with opportunities across esports, sports, entertainment, events, and other industries. We’re building the platform from the ground up and are looking for someone who wants to be part of the early-stage team.

What You'll Do

- Help plan, improve, and launch new YMUTE features and workflows.
- Research users, competitors, and opportunities in the voice-talent and esports ecosystem.
- Coordinate with talent, organizations, and internal team members.
- Help manage talent onboarding, profiles, opportunities, and platform operations.
- Collect user feedback and turn it into actionable product improvements.
- Track tasks, processes, and key operational metrics.
- Assist with partnerships, events, campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Identify operational problems and find practical solutions.

What We're Looking For




- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in startups, product management, operations, esports, media, or technology.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Comfortable with research, spreadsheets, documentation, and basic data analysis.
- Problem-solving mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-moving startup environment.
