Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for sales process digitization initiatives.

- Understand and map end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

- Translate business requirements into product features and user stories.

- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to drive product decisions.

- Drive adoption of CRM, workflow automation, and digital enablement tools.

- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 4 to 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven workplace.

- Experience in Sales Digitization, Customer Experience (CX), Sales Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Platforms.

- Exposure to SaaS products, CRM platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise technology solutions.
