Position Overview The company is building a media super-app that unifies video, audio, radio, micro-drama, news, and commerce on a single platform. This foundational individual-contributor role owns the product strategy, requirements, and roadmap across all six verticals simultaneously — directly shaping what engineering and design build. The PM will serve as the connective tissue between business goals, user needs, and technical execution at platform scale.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap across all six verticals — video, audio, radio, micro-drama, news, and commerce — simultaneously, from ideation through launch
- Translate ambiguous business goals and user research into transparent, well-scoped product requirements for engineering and design to build against
- Partner with the Backend and Frontend Architects to validate technical feasibility and define sequencing of product initiatives across verticals
- Collaborate with the Design Lead to ensure product requirements are translated into intuitive, high-quality user experiences




- Define success metrics and own product outcomes across content discovery, engagement, and commerce conversion
- Drive prioritisation trade-offs across all six competing verticals as the platform scales, representing product decisions to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct ongoing user and market research to inform product strategy across content formats and monetisation models

Must Have Criteria

- 8–10 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning product strategy for a multi-product or multi-vertical consumer platform
- Proven track record of defining and shipping product roadmaps for consumer-scale mobile and/or web products
- Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business goals into prioritised, well-scoped product requirements
- Strong understanding of content, media, or commerce product ecosystems — with the ability to manage trade-offs across verticals simultaneously
- Experience using data and analytics to prioritise initiatives and validate product decisions
- Proven ability to lead through influence as an individual contributor — aligning engineering, design, and business stakeholders without direct authority

Nice to Have

- Experience building products in a media, content, or commerce super-app environment
- Prior 0→1 product experience at a high-growth startup
- Experience managing product across multiple content formats (video, audio, short-form) within a single platform
- Familiarity with subscription, advertising, or commerce monetisation models
