Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role focused on Life Insurance, based in Navi Mumbai, offering a compensation of up to 30 LPA.

The Product

Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of life insurance products, including market analysis, concept development, business case creation, and launch planning. Daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, coordinating with underwriting, actuarial, sales, marketing, and technology teams, and ensuring products align with regulatory and compliance standards. The role involves monitoring product performance, analyzing customer and channel feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance profitability, customer value, and operational efficiency.

The Product

Manager will also prepare product documentation,



support training and go-to-market initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning for the life insurance portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering.
- Candidates should possess expertise in life insurance or insurance-domain skills such as understanding of life insurance products, underwriting concepts, actuarial inputs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess analytical and business skills, including data analysis, market research, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess communication and documentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to create product collateral and training materials.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional insurance

Mandatory Requirements: ✅ 8+ years of Product Management / Product Development experience

✅ 6+ years of Life Insurance domain experience

✅ Currently working in a Product-Based Organization

✅ Hands-on experience in end-to-end Life Insurance Product Development

✅ Experience with BRD & FRD

✅ Life Asia / Core Life Insurance Platform experience

✅ Digital Transformation / Policy Administration experience

✅ Agile, Jira & Confluence experience
