We are seeking a motivated Product Engineer to support our portfolio of innovative consumer electronics and smart home products. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, assisting customers with product-related concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance and resolve customer queries related to products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding service requests, updates, and feedback.
- Manage service tickets efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
- Apply technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service resolutions.
- Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to support product improvement.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge to stay aligned with new AI technologies and updates.

Required Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment.
