Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Product

Development Executive / Specialist to lead the complete product development lifecycle—from understanding customer requirements to successful product execution and commercialization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to independently drive multiple development projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete product development lifecycle from concept to final product ion.
- Understand client briefs, technical specifications, design intent, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with international clients, merchandising, CAD, design, product ion, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely execution.
- Develop creative product solutions aligned with customer requirements and current market trends.
- Evaluate product feasibility, manufacturing processes, costing, and technical viability.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, BOMs, product documentation, and development timelines.
- Monitor sample development , approvals, modifications, and final product ion readiness.
- Ensure product s meet international quality standards and customer expectations.




- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Take complete ownership of assigned development projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical knowledge of fine jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery construction.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and product specifications.
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced export manufacturing environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Jewellery Manufacturing, Product Development , or a related discipline.

- Candidates from SNDT University, IIGJ (Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery), Pearl Academy , or other reputed jewellery institutes will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in jewellery product development .
- Professionals with 10–15 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Experience in the export jewellery industry and handling international customers is highly preferred.
