Role Description As a Product Design Intern at IncluHub, you will support the design of intuitive, user-centered features across our platform. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

You will assist in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to improve usability and accessibility. Daily responsibilities include preparing design assets, documenting interaction flows, participating in design reviews, and helping maintain design systems and style guides. You will also contribute creative ideas to enhance the experience for freelancers, brands, and studios using IncluHub.

Qualifications





- Foundational skills in product design, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with the ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) and basic knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and basic user research methods such as interviews, surveys, or usability testing.
- Strong visual design sense, including typography, color, layout, and iconography, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a quick-paced, creative environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or formal training in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in the creator economy, digital products, and building tools for freelancers, agencies, and studios; prior portfolio showcasing relevant design work is strongly preferred.
