nExperience: 2-4 Years

nWhat you'll be working on:

n- CRM campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email & In-App channels

n- Customer journey creation and campaign execution

n- User segmentation and performance tracking

n- Content creation for customer communication

n- Data analysis and campaign reporting

nWhat we're looking for:

n- Exposure to CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.





n- Strong written communication skills

n- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and engagement

n- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making

n- Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced startup environment

nBonus Points:

n- Experience in Product, Growth, CRM, Marketing, or Content-related roles/internships

n- Prior startup experience
