Post: Procurement / Purchase Contract Manager (Office Furniture / Wood Industry)

?Location: ?Bangalore

? Experience: 8–12 Years in Industry Experience (Preferred): Furnishing Industry | Furniture Wood | Plywood | Interior Products Wooden Flooring | Curtains | Carpets | Mattresses.

Role Description

1. Finding New Vendors for all imported goods domestically, 2 to 3 vendors for each domestic & imported item, and update in google sheet.
2.



Finding New Vendors for major purchases of domestic vendors items with 45-days credit facility
3. Finding buyers for all Non-Moving products including wood, glass, fabric, Paint, binders and other materials.
4. Managing PAN India purchases and team, make cost effective decisions and provide cost-saving every quarter.
5. Maintain committed deliveries on time without fail, adhere to the timelines provided.
6. Perform 2 to 4 vendor visits every month and provide visit presentations along with summary.
7. Trouble shoot the problems arise in purchases with team and train PAN India team to handle on their own, without dependency.
8. Work with NPD team in finding recent products, providing prices, and all other required data related to products.
9. Respond to mails and queries timely without fail.
10. Establish teamwork among employees.

Requirements
1. Strong Technical Knowledge in Furniture/Interiors
2. Managerial experience in Manufacturing Company min 2-4 years.
3. Experience in Purchase and Process, min 3-5 Years
4. Familiar with all kind of Suppliers related to furniture industry.
5. Any ERP & Oodo experience 2-4 Years
6. Any Degree Technical/Engineering
7. Good in Excel and MIS Reports
8. Hindi, Kannada and English languages are mandate.
