Position: Indirect -Procurement Analyst - Need only INDIRECT ONLY NOT.

Client: Automobile or Car Mfg Domain

Payroll: NAM INFO PVT LTD

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite – Mandatory

Experience: 5–7 Years Max

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA MAX INCLUSIVE OF ALL.

Engagement: FTE on NAM INFO PVT LTD Payroll

Interview: AI Screening → Virtual Discussion → In-person Interview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities, from requirement identification through sourcing, negotiation, contracting and vendor management.
- Handle procurement categories such as office rent/facilities, legal services and other corporate/administrative requirements .
- Conduct cost analysis, spend analysis and budget analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform ABC/Pareto analysis for spend prioritization and procurement planning.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and tracking of procurement-related expenses.
- Analyze supplier quotations, commercial terms, pricing structures and contracts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, administration and business teams to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Support supplier evaluation, negotiations, onboarding and performance management .
- Ensure procurement activities follow defined policies,



processes, compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports related to spend, savings, suppliers and procurement performance.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in Indirect Procurement / Strategic Sourcing .
- Good understanding of procurement lifecycle and vendor management .
- Strong analytical and cost-analysis skills .
- Experience with Spend Analysis, ABC/Pareto Analysis, budgeting and forecasting .
- Good negotiation and commercial evaluation skills.
- Understanding of contracts, legal/commercial terms and procurement compliance.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP/ERP procurement modules, Power BI or other analytics/reporting tools would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
- Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days onsite from the Whitefield, Bangalore office . The selection process will include AI screening and a virtual discussion, followed by an in-person interview next week (Monday–Saturday) for shortlisted candidates.
