Position: Manager – Logistics
Location: Cochin
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in international logistics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in the spice or food industry
Salary : Upto 15 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the complete export and domestic logistics operations for export and domestic markets
Ensure timely and effective movement of goods, aligning with production schedules and delivery commitments.
Manage and supervise all customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with freight forwarders, shipping liners, airlines, customs brokers,



and other logistics service providers to achieve optimal cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.
Select and evaluate carriers/forwarders, monitoring their performance against defined criteria.
Identify and assess current logistics partners to enhance supply chain resilience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial dealings and contract negotiations with freight forwarders, shipping liners (ocean, air, and road freight), and warehouse service providers.
Solid hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of customs clearance, import/export regulations, and international trade compliance.
