We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, specifically for the healthcare industry(link removed) The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, medical coders, RCM executives, allied health professionals).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases(link removed)>
Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate skills, and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding(link removed)>
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and/or clients to understand job requirements(link removed)>




Maintain accurate records using ATS or Excel and share regular hiring reports.
Stay up to date with healthcare compliance, hiring trends, and candidate expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or RPO recruitment(link removed)>

Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, terminologies, and compliance.

Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, or other job portals(link removed)>

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in quick-paced and target-driven environments.

Familiarity with ATS tools (like CEIPAL, Job Diva, Zoho Recruit) is a plus.
