Key Responsibilities
API Development: Design, build, and maintain RESTful API proxies, shared flows, and API products in Apigee Edge, Hybrid, or Apigee X.
API Security: Implement security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, rate limiting, and API keys.
Integration & Mediation: Integrate APIs with backend systems (microservices, databases, cloud platforms) and modify payload structures.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor API traffic, performance, and health using Apigee Analytics and dashboards; debug issues and optimize response times.
Documentation: Create and maintain explicit, developer-friendly API documentation (e.g., OpenAPI, Swagger).
CI/CD Deployment: Build and maintain deployment pipelines for API proxies using tools like Git, Jenkins, or Terraform
