Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify customer requirements
Provide product and service suggestions
Manage projects and collaborate with teams
Maintain site documentation
Conduct preliminary site inspections
Collaborate with and assist the sales team
Demonstrate problem-solving ability
Apply technical expertise
Sometimes need to visit sites at outstation locations for taking measurements.
Need to visit sites along with the Sales team for technical validation.
Required to visit the factory for sample collection and submit the same to clients/dealers.
Need to visit showrooms to check product conditions.
May be responsible for providing direction, analysis, and preparing reports.
Site visits based on Sales team/dealer guidance must be properly recorded and submitted to the Reporting Manager.
