nKey Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departmentsn
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passesn
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate hospitality arrangementsn
Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documentsn
Maintain front office cleanliness and presentationn
Administrative Support:n
Provide administrative assistance to HR and other departments as requiredn
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurementn
Maintain records, files, and office documentationn
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and servicesn
