Warehouse Manager

Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Experience: Minimum 4 years in e-commerce

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring effective processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and accuracy of inventory records.
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a protected working environment for all employees.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.




Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including efficiency, accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Required Skills
E-commerce Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management within the e-commerce sector.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work workplace.
Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
