Monthly/quarterly accruals & reversalsn
Fixed asset additions & depreciationn
Expense support, recoupment, and reconciliationsn
Trial balance maintenance and topside entry loadingn
Intercompany reconciliations and blocker entity TB rollforwardsn
Managing unsecured notes, equity activity, and ATM issuancesn
nBudgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis:

Comparing budget vs. actuals and analyzing variancesn
Adjusting budgets using billed/unbilled data, invoices, and modelsn
Finalizing monthly/quarterly/annual expense fluctuationsn
Rolling forward G&A; budgets and accrual WPsn
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for corporate and fund entitiesn
nReporting, Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination:

Preparing financial statement disclosures (e.g., affiliates, tax, gains)n
Ensuring MoM and QoQ flux reasonablenessn
Coordinating with AP, Tax, FP&A;, and Audit teamsn
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data across systemsn
Reconciling cash accounts and providing lead sheetsn
Maintaining documentation (bank recs, reports, trackers)n
Supporting external audit and compliance processesn
nRequired Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.n
3+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, or General Ledger Accounting.n
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.n
Experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes.n
Hands-on experience performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual accounting.n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial analysis functions.n
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.n
