Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Fresh Graduate to join our team as an Associate Process Auditor. This entry-level role is designed to develop foundational skills in operational auditing, process mapping, and risk compliance management. You will work closely with seasoned auditors to evaluate company workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and standardized job profiles.
As a fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training covering structured audit frameworks, internal control mechanisms, data validation rules, and specialized enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication traits, and a passion for data accuracy and continuous operational refinement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist senior audit teams in executing structured process audits across internal operations, system designations, and employee job profiles.
- Perform routine validation checks comparing active user roles and access hierarchies inside corporate systems with official HR profile documentation.
- Collect, organize, and inspect operational datasets, workflow logs, and transaction audit trails to pinpoint processing errors or data mismatches.
- Participate directly in process documentation workshops and draft baseline 'As-Is' process flowcharts using modeling tools.
- Schedule and take precise notes during stakeholder audit interviews, tracking open operational gaps and manager explanations.
- Flag inactive user accounts, unauthorized role mutations, system administrative discrepancies, or obvious segregation-of-duty conflicts to supervisors.
- Populate standard audit trackers, working papers, and progress spreadsheets with exact data points extracted from active field tests.
- Contribute to the compilation of final internal audit reports by synthesizing raw numbers into structured bullet points and data tables.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related fields.
- Experience: 0 - 2 years of professional experience (Prior internships in quality assurance, compliance, or internal audit are an advantage).
- Technical Skills: Advanced command over Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Workflow Tools: Familiarity with basic process-mapping methods or flowchart utilities (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io) is preferred.
- Analytical Capabilities: Innate capacity to systematically break down complex activities into logical sequential steps.
- Communication: Clear interpersonal talking style and structured qualified documentation skills in English.
