About the Role

Uniqz Technologies is looking for a Process Associate to support our day-to-day business operations. The role involves maintaining records, handling data entry, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure assigned processes are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

- Handle daily operational and backend process activities.
- Enter and update information accurately in Excel and internal systems.
- Maintain digital and physical records as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding assigned tasks and pending work.
- Follow company procedures and established workflows.




- Support routine documentation and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work from the Nagercoil office.
