Senior Private Banker / Wealth ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced Private Bankers and Wealth Managers with an established client franchise to join our growing wealth management platform. This role is designed for professionals who have successfully advised High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients and possess an existing, portable book of business or strong long-standing client relationships.

This is not an entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing HNI/UHNI client portfolio.
- Acquire recent clients through personal networks and referrals.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning, including goal-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- Construct and monitor investment portfolios across equity, fixed income, alternatives, and other asset classes.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, risk profiling, and performance analysis.
- Provide high-quality investment advice while maintaining the highest standards of governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Build long-term trusted relationships through exceptional client service.





Required QualificationsCandidates should possess:
- Strong financial planning capabilities, including goal-based planning, retirement planning, and strategic asset allocation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, assess investment risk, and evaluate portfolio performance.
- Deep understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and alternative investments.
- Robust knowledge of capital markets, taxation basics, financial instruments, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial planning tools.
- High ethical standards, strong numerical aptitude, and a client-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CFP, CFA (Level I or above), CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent will be an advantage.

Experience RequirementsMandatory

- Minimum 3-10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Family Office, or Relationship Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing HNI/UHNI relationships.
- An existing client base, strong referral network, or portable book of business is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of business development and client acquisition.
