Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons.
- Teach subjects according to the prescribed ICSE curriculum.
- Develop worksheets, activities, projects, and assessments.
- Encourage active and experiential learning.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Provide individual attention and support to students as required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, projects, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning and activities.
- Support students' social, emotional, and overall development.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate Degree in a relevant subject from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in Primary School teaching preferred.
- ICSE curriculum experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young learners.
