Role Description The Pricing Analyst role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies across the platform’s services. On a day-to-day basis, the Pricing Analyst will collect and analyze data related to customer behavior, competitive offerings, and market trends to support pricing decisions.

This role will collaborate closely with finance, sales, and product teams to recommend pricing models, discounts, and promotional structures that balance profitability with customer value.

The Pricing

Analyst will build reports, dashboards,



and models to track pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. The role also involves preparing clear communication materials that explain pricing changes, supporting stakeholder decision-making, and contributing to continuous refinement of PInterview’s overall revenue strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex datasets and build pricing models.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge to understand revenue drivers, cost structures, and profitability impacts of pricing decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights, explain pricing recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Sales processes to align pricing strategies with customer acquisition, retention, and market positioning.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools) is beneficial.
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, business analytics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
