Drive individual and team sales targets.n
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.n
Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.n
Monitor daily activities, conversions and revenue achievement.n
Develop solid customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.n
Support the team in handling objections and closing deals.n
nCandidate Profile:

4–6 years of experience in hardcore, target-driven sales.n
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.n
Experience in handling or mentoring a sales team.n
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced sales workplace.n
