SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Independently handle BIM modeling tasks, provide technical guidance to junior modelers, and ensure model quality and coordination.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models.
Conduct model validation, quality checks, and ensure clash-free models.
Extract drawings, BOQs, and support project documentation.
Mentor junior modelers and ensure adherence to BIM standards.
Coordinate with BIM leads and engineers for project deliverables.

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical

Language Skills
English, Regional Language (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience
5–8 years of BIM modeling experience.

Nature of

Experience
Freshers or those with internship/entry-level exposure to BIM modeling in buildings or infrastructure

Technical Skills
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
