Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Marketing Specialist (Automation & Personalization) for a full time role at Proof-of-Skill. This is a remote role. You will be responsible for leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize user experiences, and drive growth across channels.

Qualifications and Skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email, social, performance marketing)
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, and personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
Ability to segment audiences and create personalized marketing journeys




Basic understanding of data analysis and campaign performance metrics
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
