Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator / Data Entry Executive to handle data entry, record maintenance, and basic administrative support. The candidate should have valuable typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in ERP / Excel systems accurately
- Maintain records, files, and reports properly
- Verify and correct data entries when required
- Coordinate with departments for data collection and updates
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Handle basic documentation and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
