We are currently hiring a
Finance Manager – Nonprofit Accounting
to support a leading
U.S.-based nonprofit organization
. This role offers strong exposure to
U.S. GAAP, nonprofit accounting, financial reporting, grant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audit support
.

As a Finance Manager, you will manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities, lead the close process, oversee key reconciliations, support budgeting and forecasting,



and manage a team of accounting professionals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage
monthly, quarterly, and annual close
activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with
U.S. GAAP
.

• Review
financial statements, accruals, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts
, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

• Research accounting and reporting issues and provide practical recommendations to senior finance leadership.

• Maintain the integrity of the
chart of accounts
and support effective use of accounting and financial systems.

Nonprofit & Grant Accounting (Mandatory)

• Manage
grant accounting and funder reporting
, including reconciliations, compliance, reimbursements, and reporting requirements.

• Ensure appropriate
revenue recognition
for grants, contracts, contributions, and program revenue, including deferred revenue.
