- We are seeking a skilled SCCM/Intune Engineer to join the clients India EPM Delivery Centre. This mid-level role involves independently managing end-to-end endpoint lifecycle operations - OS deployment, patch management, application delivery, and device compliance - for large global enterprise clients.
- The engineer will handle complex L2/L3 incidents, contribute to platform improvements,



and serve as a reliable technical contributor within the clients EPM managed services practice supporting clients across US, APAC, and EMEA geographies.

Key responsibilities:

SOS Deployment & Image Management
- Design, build, and maintain Windows 10/11 OSD task sequences using SCCM/MDT integration for global client environments.
- Manage WinPE boot images, driver packages, and deployment boundaries for OSD operations.
- Support OS refresh, wipe-and-reload, and in-place upgrade deployment scenarios.
- Troubleshoot OSD failures including PXE boot issues, task sequence errors, and driver conflicts.
- Contribute to Windows Autopilot profile configuration and deployment for Intune-managed devices.
- Maintain image documentation including build standards, versioning, and patch currency records.

Patch Management
- Own end-to-end patch management operations for SCCM-managed and Intune-managed endpoints across
