Responsibilities
- Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from clients and ensure timely responses
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases to track sales performance and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth




- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement

Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in sales, RFQ handling, and quotation preparation
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
