We’re hiring a Telecalling & Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, follow-ups, customer queries, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and generate leads
Explain products/services and offers
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain call, lead, and sales records in Excel/CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support
Valuable Hindi & English communication
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
