Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Directors calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate internal/external visitor visits.
- Prepare, edit, and format emails, reports, presentations, and other documents in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Maintain and update data, trackers, and reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, tables, basic dashboards).
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups for key projects and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and business-trip logistics as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and occasional events (room bookings, invitations, materials, etc.).
- Maintain filing and documentation systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of records.
Qualifications Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Business Administration / Commerce preferred but not mandatory).




- 45 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership or Directors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets; comfortable with basic to intermediate formulas, formatting, and data organization.
- Robust written and spoken English and local language (as applicable).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
