The Deputy Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and executing key initiatives within the CAT (Customer Acquisition and Technology) team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the alignment of business goals with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to deploy innovative technology solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related field, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM software.
