Role Overview

Drive secondary sales growth, retailer engagement, brand visibility of OTC Portfolio through effective trade strategy, channel activations, Team engagement and data driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing Strategy and Channel Development
- Plan, develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, market penetration and brand visibility across the GT NMT Channel.
- Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of primary and secondary trade schemes, Maximising the reach, compliance and ROI and governance of all the investment.
- Design and implement trade engagement programs to drive product penetration and secondary sales growth through innovative trade activations and engagement.
- Build strong relationship with retailer, wholesalers and distributors through loyalty and engagement programs.
- Identify the opportunities for improving distribution,



retail penetration and design Micro marketing activations plans in line with the growth ambition.

Instore execution and visibility
- Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions and merchandising activities.
- Ensure high quality POS Visibility and display standards across outlets.
- Monitor execution through field visits and coordinate with RCMM Sales teams.

Sales Analytics and Market intelligence:
- Track Competitor pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Monitor Product wise sales, stocks movement and inventory rotation.
- Generate actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

Current Product development:
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans for NPD s EPD s, ensuring effective trade readiness, availability and visibility.
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Es-sourcing to ensure successful lunch execution and achievement of launch objectives
