Job Description
- Deliver classroom and practical training to students pursuing careers in the hospitality sector.
- Provide industry-oriented training in Food & Beverage Service.
- Prepare students for employment in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Ensure high-quality learning outcomes through theoretical and practical sessions.
- Follow industry standards and project requirements while delivering training.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach restaurant service techniques, table setup, guest handling, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.
- Demonstrate food and beverage serving standards, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Conduct practical sessions on:
- Table laying.
- Buffet service.
- Fine dining.
- Room service.




- Banquet operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Evaluate students through assignments, practical assessments, and mock interviews.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Provide training in soft skills, grooming, and customer service.
- Support students with placement preparation and career guidance.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training is delivered according to industry standards and project requirements.
