Job

Responsibility
- Take full and sole accountability for the Project PL and establish and operate the planned delivery channel - Business Partner
- Oversee daily operations and Project activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate work activities.
- Prepare the monthly/ quarterly Mobilisation -training - Placement plan with BP and executing the plan to ensure revenue viability and institutional feasibility.
- Drive high quality of training delivery at BP batches with TEM s (Training Excellence Manager)
- Ensure the pre and post assessment process with BP for the aspirants to provide the right job to the candidate.




- Own Project-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources and other matters
- Plan the Human Resources in the Project and with BP in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
- Handle disputes if any within team and BP resolve them to the satisfaction of the organization and other stakeholders
- Manage valuable relationship with BP and their associates
- Ensure all reports and documentations are completed in time
- Ensure all MIS is up to date with current status
- Ensure all BP invoices and raised on time with proper documentation for timely payments
