AVP - Founder's Office
to work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business growth, operational priorities, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented professional who can move seamlessly between strategy and implementation.

The AVP will act as a trusted partner to the Founder, helping translate the organization's vision into actionable priorities, driving critical initiatives, and ensuring strong alignment across teams. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, business acumen, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Founder on business strategy, organizational priorities, and long-term growth initiatives




- Identify strategic opportunities, evaluate business challenges, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership
- Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Build business cases, financial models, strategic frameworks, and executive-level presentations
- Translate the Founder's vision into clear objectives, action plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs
- Work with leadership and functional teams to track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution
- Monitor business performance and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and organizational reviews
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and key internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment
