In business intelligence at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimise business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledge assistants and AI workflow automation platforms.
- Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.
- Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance.
- Build scalable AI platforms leveraging cloud-native services and up-to-date MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Guide engineering teams through architecture,



design reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Work directly with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mandatory Skill Sets
- 5-8 years of technology experience with 3+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering.
- Strong expertise in LLMs and foundation models, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, AI governance and Responsible AI, vector databases and knowledge retrieval.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Python and software engineering background.
- Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms.
