Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Management :
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable processes.
- Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare AR aging reports and analyze AR data to identify trends and issues.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Management :
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile AP statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain AP aging reports and ensure accurate recording of expenses.
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
- General Ledger Maintenance :
- Ensure all AR and AP transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR and AP.
- Bank Reconciliation :
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for AR and AP transactions.




- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank statements.
- Financial Reporting :
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to AR and AP.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
- Compliance Auditing :
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process Improvement :
- Identify and implement improvements in AR and AP processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain effective financial controls.

Qualifications
- Education :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
- Skills :
- Robust knowledge of AR and AP processes and best practices.
